CIRIAL Espectacular Saltacielos

In the Central Valleys of Oaxaca, across an area spanning more than 200 kilometers, grows this micro-endemic expression of Agave karwinskii. It has a slender stalk that can reach up to two meters in height, noticeably thinner than the Madrecuishe. In 2018, we were fortunate to preserve a small portion of the production, capturing the essence of a rare and elegant agave that reflects the purity and diversity of Oaxaca’s agave landscape.
